This is a 1940's Butterick 1534 pattern for a Juniors' and girls sailor style skirt or pant outfit.  The description reads; Juniors' and girls' sports outfit with the new smooth shoulder, consisting of blouse with 2 sleeve length options, shorts, slacks, and skirt.  Pattern is for a 32" chest, but remember that pattern sizes can be adjusted! 

Cut, complete pattern but an additional emblem for the arm, similar to those that a sailor wears, needs to be purchased if you want it on the sleeve of the sailor style top! The pattern envelope has tape on the front and writing on the back, general wear.
